Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing 351 (https://351.wine), registering, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply to all 351 services — including Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, vouchers, and new game categories. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Use by minors is strictly prohibited and remains the sole responsibility of the user.
351 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform when changes occur, and continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these terms.
Password & Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing login credentials with anyone else is prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access, notify the 351 support team immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Prohibited Activities
Fraud, hacking, the use of automated bots, managing multiple accounts, and any other form of deceptive activity are strictly prohibited on the platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and 351 reserves the right to take legal action.
Geographic Restrictions
351's services are available to users in specific regions. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in their country. 351 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in violation of local laws.
Payment, Transaction & Balance Policy
All financial transactions on 351 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. 351 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its own discretion.
Deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are set in accordance with the platform's guidelines. All funds deposited must come from legitimate, verified sources. Any suspicious transactions or suspected money laundering attempts will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Specific wagering requirements may apply to bonus and voucher credits. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the applicable conditions are met. Withdrawal requests typically take between 30 minutes and 24 hours to process. Technical issues or verification procedures may extend this timeframe.

Limitation of Liability
The 351 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 351 is not liable for any losses in games or betting resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or internet disconnection. If a game outcome is affected by a technical fault, 351 reserves the right to resolve the matter at its own discretion.
351 is not directly liable for transaction delays caused by failures in third-party payment services or banking systems. 351 does not bear responsibility for issues arising from the user's own device or internet connection.
Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the 351 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, and text — is the intellectual property of 351 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any of this content.
Any third-party links or references on the platform are provided for informational purposes only. 351 is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party websites. Users access third-party sites at their own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
351 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under any of the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these terms is violated.
- If there is suspicion of fraud, forgery, or illegal activity.
- If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found.
- If bonus or voucher abuse is detected.
- If a user is found to be a minor or has provided a false age.
- To comply with legal directives from relevant authorities.
In the event of account closure, 351 will consider refunding the verified balance (excluding bonuses); however, this balance may also be forfeited in cases of terms violations.
Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Once the request is submitted, the account will be closed after all pending bets are settled.
Governing Law & Changes to Terms
These terms are governed in accordance with prevailing international online gaming regulations. 351 complies with the directives of its licensing authority. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own country.
If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable by a court or authority, all remaining provisions will continue in full force. Any dispute relating to these terms will first be addressed through negotiation.
351 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and the date of the latest update will be shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
